We believe that passing the board will not depend on his intelligence or knowledge.  We both believe that this is one of the situations that are totally out of our control.  The result of the exam will be totally on God’s mercy and will.  We can only plead God but His will on this matter will still prevail. Please include him in your personal prayers and to those who will also be taking the said exam,  may God’s guidance be upon you all.
