My dream home is just a simple house standing in the center of a quite big area. Yes, I am dreaming of a quite big land but not so big. In that land, I want to have my kids a playing area where they can run endlessly until they get tired. I also want to have a part for a vegetable garden and the rest of the area is a habitation of fruit-bearing trees.

The house is a typical country-side house, made of wood and other natural materials. It is okay to have some part of the house made of concrete but as a whole I want to have a rustic look. I don’t like so many appliances and furniture. For the appliances, I would only acquire those which are really needed. For the furniture I’ll go for rustic furniture  because woods bring a feeling of coolness. I noticed that houses made of woods are colder than that of sealed with concrete.

There are reasons why until now I could not find the right dental clinic for my daughter. I want her first visit to be an enjoyable one and not a traumatic one so I will not have any problem on the succeeding visits. I am hoping to find a child-friendly clinic here in Panglao or in the city but I could not find the time to roam around.

Another reason is the cost of dental fee. As I mentioned on my previous posts, everything here is expensive. I am not just sure if the dental fees are included. I don’t know if I could find here a dental clinic which charges less but maintains a good quality service. I could not also blame the dental clinics to charge much because of the cost of dental supplies. If they could only avail of discount dental supplies, they could also pass the discounts to customers.

Well, I am not yet ready to face the my chores but I need to face them already. They’ve been waiting for me for several days already. I’m still tired from the 3.5 hours travel but I could not afford to rest for long because I left so many tasks, both offline and online, last Monday. And now, even I’m already sleepy, I could not leave my computer yet, at least for more few hours.

But I don’t regret joining the camp. It may be more on for the young people, but the Messages of the Lord preached were also applicable to me and to other adults. I don’t also regret joining the camp because I get to know the wife of other pastors. I enjoyed the fellowship I had with them. I also enjoyed the games prepared for the pastor and pastor’s wife. My husband won the first place on the last parlor game (Questions and Answer about the Sixty Ways To Maintain A Good Marriage) while we almost won the third place on one of the parlor games (Ball Throwing and Catching). I also learned new things about Tunisia, Congo, Korea, India, Bangladesh through the country presentation conducted by each group.

Contaminated drinking water if drunk can harm our body; it can even cause an early death if not immediately attended. And for someone who is concerned for our family’s welfare, we find ways in order to lessen the probability of our love ones drinking unsafe water. If we have an extra budget, instead of getting our drinking water directly from our faucet, we buy it from water stations. Some, who are able enough, buy their own water purifier. Those who are well-off even buy their own alkaline maker. For some whose income wouldn’t allow them to avail the previously mentioned means, boiling of water would be an alternative.

It is easier to ensure the safeness of the drinking water when we are in our own home. But when we are in a trip or in an unusual and unfamiliar place, the easiest way to avoid drinking unsafe water is the bottled water. It will be an added expense but at least we are sure that a contaminated drinking water cannot ruin our trip. Another option is to have Steripen Adventurer Opti, the latest advance on water purification, in your bag.

With LCL, I don’t need to pay for the entire container van but only for the space which our baggage occupied. The charge of the baggage is per cubic meter. Each cubic meter costs 1.3K+ (the charge varies depending on the destination) for Tagbilaran, Bohol. The checker measured our baggage in block – we were asked to pile the boxes in such a way that there was no space in between.

In terms of packages, any legal package can be accommodated in LCL, even home audio speakers or bulk appliances like refrigerators and air condition units – just like FCL. But of course, you should also consider the risks when you have sensitive appliances like LCDs. With FCL, your belongings will only be the content of the entire container van. In LCL, you will be sharing the container with other customer’s belongings.

The disadvantage I see with LCL is in the releasing. Since, the container van is shared by different customers, if your belongings happened to be in the middle, you need to wait for the owners of the packages near the opening to get their stuff before you can get yours. Another disadvantage is if there is space on top of your belongings inside the container. Other customers may use this space for their belongings. So it is recommended that the fragile stuff should be placed on the top to avoid breakage.

I hope this helps those who are also planning to relocate to provinces with belongings need to be shipped.

I am not sure if there is an overnight solution for acne. But in my case, it was the consistent routine of washing, toning, and moisturizing my face before I sleep that took away my acne.

It is a blessing that before I sleep I am able to confirm that my daughter can wake up late later. According to ABS-CBN news, DepEd already suspended the classes in the preschool, elementary, and high school levels in Metro Manila on Wednesday. We were not informed because we don’t usually watch the TV. And now, we no longer have electricity. Thanks to my UPS I can still post this article.

She shared with me that her daughter’s teeth started coming out when she was already pass one. Her daughter is only 2 years and 3 month old and all the teeth are already damaged. She added that before, her daughter loves to drink milk. But the problem is, even when her daughter is already sleeping, her bottle is still inside her mouth. She added that is probably the reason why her daughter’s teeth were damaged. Her daughter is also exposed to sweets early which added to the culprit.

Well, I am happy that my daughter’s teeth are still ok. Even the dentist confirms that. I just hope that it will still be the same until she grows up.
