My Daughter’s First Memory Verses

I want to share with you my daughter’s first memory verses. Her very first one is Ephesians 6:1. Seconded by John 14.6. Now, we are on 2 Timothy 2:15.

I am amazed how a child’s brain memorize so fast. And I took it as an advantage to teach my daughter simple memory verses. If she learns to memorize verse at a very young age, she will still be eager to memorize verses when she’s old.

She’s not drunk nor mad. That’s just how she recites the verses – as if she’s reprimanding someone, LOL. Also, ignore the background. That’s my sister-in-law sleeping in our room.

Wow, how amazing a child’s memory can remember. It’s good that at a very early age, you are teaching her the Word of God which is really valuable in life. God bless you more.

She’s great. This reminds me to keep on working with my own kids’ Bible memory verses as well. It is good to build their lives on a solid foundation of the Word of God. God bless!

I definitely agree that our kids lives should be built on a solid foundation of God’s Word.

That’s cool! How old is your daughter, by the way? Mommy, I still owe you one. Remember, Sam, the one who won second prize in your blogversary contest? I don’t think she has a blog button yet when I last visited her blog, so her prize from me (one month ad space in my blog ba?) is not yet claimed. Can you please let her know she can still get her prize if she already has HTML script for her blog? Thanks!

I want to give credits to you as her parent.

I remember my teacher in values education when I was in grade she told us that the first thing that parents should teach their children is the word of God.

Glad your making such a great parenting habit. :)
