Though it seems impossible for me to shred some pounds at the moment, I am still unconvinced to take artificial ways (diet pills and the like) to kick-off my body these unwanted fats. But I am almost convinced to take a diet pill as the pressure gets heavier whenever people think that I’m pregnant, add to that my daughter’s frequent question if there is a baby inside my tummy. I am not that hopeless yet to get back on my old body frame without any artificial help. But if so happen that I decided to accept the help of science, I’ll make sure that I go for the safest weight loss pills recommended by my trusted friends. It is very difficult and risky to jump to any diet pill available in the market. I’ll have to make sure that the benefits outweighs the negative effect, if ever there is any.

Are you familiar with irvingia gabonensis. It was only recently that I learned that this term refers to a wild mango tree which can be found in West Africa. This tree is very beneficial. Not only its fruits and woods can be used, but its seeds as well. If the seed of other fruits are good for planting another tree only, the seed of irvingia gabonensis can be used as an ingredient to weight loss supplement. Aside from weight loss, according to a study, irvingia gabonensis is also good for high cholesterol and high lipids management. I always believe that taking any kind of supplement should always be done with a doctor’s advice. But generally speaking, supplements containing natural ingredient are safer than supplements containing all artificial chemicals. Aren’t they?
Remember The Biggest Loser contest launched in our company before our summer outing? Well, the result was a draw! Most of the participants backed-out, LOL! This means that it is really hard to gather so much determination and discipline to have a proper eating habit. Isn’t biblical? One of the areas which Satan uses to tempt man is the stomach. This was also one of the temptations he threw to Jesus Christ after Jesus Christ fasted for forty nights. We admit or not, we eat not only because we are hungry but because of our appetite for food, and that is considered lust of the flesh.
No, I am not justifying my weakness. As a matter of fact, I was able to prove to myself that if I will only like it, I can really lose weight. In a month of suppressing myself to eat too much rice, I lost almost seven pounds. But rice is still the culprit of my fast weight gain. I still want to lose weight and I am contemplating if I need to resort to other natural weight loss products. Is this a drastic move?
I realized that losing weight is no joke at all. It has been two weeks since I started to reduce my rice intake but until now I don’t still see any development. My weight does not show decrease but at least it does not show any increase either, yey! My office mate told me that the effect of the weight loss diet will reflect on the third week, that is the earliest. How true?
I hope that I can already make it a habit to skip rice on dinner and eventually make it a lifestyle. I learned from one of my readings that as a person gets older, his/her body needs less food and more exercise to maintain a healthy body. So I might as well, start it now.
I will wait until the third week and if there is still no improvement, I might just eat rice to my heart’s content! Getting impatient eh?!! Just kidding. I am thinking to try the banana diet – banana for breakfast, banana for lunch and banana for dinner. I try to be like Boots the Monkey for a while. What do you think? Will it be effective?
